10. It was a great game but I don't think it compared to some of the other Steeler victories |
|
especially the ones from the 70's.
It was a good game with good side stories, but the game itself wasn't that great. It was pretty chippy and there were a few cheap shots and stupid penalties and neither team played terribly well offensively for the whole game. It was a game of spurts and great individual plays so that may rank up there. Harrison's pick-6 or Santonio's game winning catch may make some all time SB highlights so will Larry Fitz's catch and run. But that's about it for me.

the two victories you guys had over Dallas were better played games. It was actually a pretty sloppy game for three quarters.

I can't be the only one who is sick and tired of the way sports (esp. football) is linked to militarism and rah rah faux patriotism.
And this is off topic, but FUCK YOU to Kid Rock and his stoooooopid "Citizen Soldier" video I have to watch every time I go to the movies. Fuck you, Kid Suck.

7. This game was a top three Superbowl, with #1 being Rams-Titans because it came down to the last play |

13. Great game, but everything around it is a waste of epic proportions. |
|
The SB hoopla gets lamer by the year. Thank God they still play the actual game, because the rest is vomit inducing.
