Although Lowe has been traded to the Dodgers, he has been working out with the Red Sox in Fort Meyers. He'll be going to the Dodgers' camp in a couple days.

Maybe a sign of solidarity bye teammates?

1. Minor detail:

He signed with the Dodgers as a free agent this offseason for way too much money.

I don't know how unusual this is -- it could just be that Lowe wanted to spend time with his old teammates, and since Sox camp opens before the Dodgers', that seems as good a chance as any.
