:eyes:
Madinmaryland, if you're going to use a sockpuppet, at least don't make it so obvious by asking about your baseball team.
That is, if the Pirates are technically considered a baseball team.

for the rest of the majors.

5. The Pirates have become terminal losers |
|
Every year their starting lineup is not much better than many AAA teams and has been that way since Bonds left....I wonder why the people of Pittsburgh put up with it.

Denial "It's fine. We can win without Bonds and Bonilla." - 1993
Anger "Damn small market team BS. We need a salary cap!" - 1994
Bargaining "Just give us a new Park. If only we had a new Baseball park we could be competitive!" - 2000
Depression "Why bother anymore if they're just going to trade away players like Giles, Ramirez, and Kendall. Why even watch?" - 2004
Acceptance "It's nice weather out today. Let's go down to PNC park and watch a game. I hear it's fireworks night and could go for a hotdog." - 2008

13. I'm a San Francisco 49ers fan.....I'm just saying the A's do |
|
very well, considering they can't keep anybody good.
They had a bad season last year, but come on now.
Don't change the subject to the NFL.

the Rangers. Best damn farm team in baseball. So much good talent gets developed in Arlington before Hicks remembers he's too cheap to keep it.

It's easier to tell with guys who have 'before-and-after' photographic evidence. Harder to see with many players like ARod who've been on the juice all along. Manny Ramirez ... does he or doesn't he? He does look like a different guy from his early Cleveland days. It sucks that we have to ask.
