Maybe you could explain the sentencing procedures to me as well. Maybe I could unknowingly lie and drag this thing out until I start drawing social security. Then you always have to consider that the judge will throw out evidence against me. This is all so confusing.

The same standard would only apply if both of them had broken the record, or neither of them had broken the record. One can't say their situations should be judged the same, because they aren't the same. Bonds IS special, because he broke the biggest record in his sport.

I've said this over and over, even to you a couple times, that if anyone else had broken that record under a cloud of suspicion than they would have faced the same shit.
