New witness against Bonds emerges

SAN FRANCISCO - Federal prosecutors plan to call Barry Bonds’ former personal shopper to testify at his trial next month that she saw the slugger’s personal trainer inject him.

Prosecutors also said in a court filing Friday that former teammate Bobby Estalella will testify Bonds told him about using performance-enhancing drugs.

4. Most prosecutors show that same sign

of desperation. They get witnesses to take the stand and tell the truth. I can hardly imagine their desperation.

5. Prosecuters don't have any positive tests

to put into evidence, so they're going with hearsay and liars. It's rough to trust anybody who has been given immunity from prosecution as long as they testify against Bonds....

6. umm Bonds has a credibility issue himself

Its considered who is more likely to be lying on the stand that determines credibility...and Bonds has TONS of reasons to lie.
FWIW, I doubt the jury is going to be filled with people who beleive Bonds is a martyr. Witnesses are actually pretty stong evidence agaisnt a defendent in jurors eyes. Its much easier for a juror to understand what a witness is saying than trying to understand scientific results...
