Poll question: Am I a Bonds Hater?

I think the lot of them are lying, cheating scumbags and am happy to see Bonds, Tejada, Clemens, A-Rod, McGwire, Sosa and the rest get whatever is coming to them. Does that make me a "hater"?

3. One is a Bonds hater if they display a disproportionate

amount of hate, compared to other players.

For instance, Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa were treated like royalty, while Bonds was/is treated like a rapist.

Add to that, hysterical posts claiming Bonds is guilty, even though you haven't seen the evidence and most importantly, even though he claims he never knowingly took steroids.

If one falls under the criteria I laid out, yea, one is a blatant Bonds hater.

I suspect you are a hater, considering you've decided to associate the word scumbag with Bonds, even though he's never violated a single MLB rule, nor been found guilty of a single crime or violation.

I had a thread about the octuplet mother mistakenly moved to the lounge, and you couldn't have cared less about getting involved in the important social debate about whether hospitals have the right to not release babies to mothers they deem unfit, as opposed to CPS getting involved.

I write about Bonds because he's in the news, and I'm a fierce defender .. so it's something I'm interested about.

You can be counted on to spam the thread with :rofl:'s and other brainless contributions, instead of discussing the issue like I've been doing with the classy Duer from Pennsylvania.

We disagree about just about everything involving the case, but we've been having a civil and interesting conversation.

in a very civilized way, yet I have yet to see any of that at least in the Sports forum, where you will immediately label anyone who does not agree with your very narrow minded view with some sort of "childish" name.

Maybe, just maybe, if you acknowledged that Barry Bonds is a human being and does make mistakes, the conversations would be a bit more civilized in this forum. It's one thing to be a so-called "fierce defender" but you seem to have become a star-gazed groupie who cannot admit that their idol may have made mistakes in his/her life.

I can acknowledge that Bonds is a human being and does make mistakes because he should be more responsible about making sure he knows exactly what substance is going into his valuable body.

I'm far from a groupie. What I am is someone who is defending one of my players who clearly receives a disproportionate amount of hate from MLB fans.
