3. He should get a lot of attention
I wonder where he'll end up?

I'd have no problem with the Seahawks dumping Koren Robinson and going after Brown.

8. Oh so now the freepers are taking hostages - I knew they were like
the Islamist fundamentalists. Thank god Troy was set free - his family must have been frantic.

13. first Ty Law
and now Troy Brown

I mean, I understand the whole "no player is above the team" concept, but damn! Especially after what Troy Brown did for them this year. All I can think is that his agent was being outrageous in negotiations.

15. He's been there awhile too.
It seems like they'd keep him not just for being a versatile player, but for "veteran team leader" purposes too, something a little more symbolic. The "business" side is really taking over, just look at all the players in the league being cut as cap casualties!

16. They may still re-sign him...we just lost Andruzzi, though...
From the Boston Globe article

Negotiations are likely to continue.

"There's always a chance that he could return," said Brown's agent, Gary Uberstine. "Neither side is burning bridges.

Let's hope he's back with the Pats for a few more years.

Andruzzi to Browns
