2. You're welcome. I actually came across it searching for a Frank Conroy
interview. I've decided to start posting writing/culture resource nuggets that I come across right here in "writing"... if only to bookmark for myself. And the fact this forum moves so slow, makes it perfect for someone else to check out links, give some feedback and maybe even share a link. I've been finding some great audio interviews online. But most of them stream and I have to find a way to archive them for my own collection.

Ah, but audio is impossible for us ADD types. Text we can skim.

I read Tom Jenks's novel. I forget the title. It was pretty good,
not great.

4. I'm ADD, too. But say its a stream and not a download (which most of them
are) I either put speakers on low or wear sets on loosely, so its sort of background audio while I do something else (very ADD). I end up listening to an interview three or four times. And the parts that are meaningful raelly resonate. And the trite and less interesting fall aside -- especially when the audio player has a one minute advance feature -- just skip throuh it.

Hearing an author speak in his own voice is powerful stuff. Also, it requires less effort than reading.
