Smashwords
I've started putting my old books up on Smashwords as e-books. It's free and fairly simple to do, and I recommend that other people consider it. Whether it would be worth doing it for a book that hasn't been published before, I don't know. I doubt it, but on the other hand, someone will probably be the first person to have a breakthrough and become rich and famous with a self-published e-book. Some day.
