OPML, well if you have ever had a mac you know

that Mac has a great program that helps you do outlines. Well I am working on two platforms, and I do love OMNIOUTLINER http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnioutliner/... but in the windows platform that is not that available, it is the format. So I was happy to find the OPML windows editor.

It is open source, and it works like a charm.

Of course I could always do something else and just use carbonfin outliner, but this stays on my machines and at this point going to the cloud is not as attractive to me.
