Best writing sites on the 'net? "Experience Project?" "Live Journal?"
I've been looking for a good site to post some essays, maybe do some fun interactive stuff, etc.

Some are so busy and confusing with pages and pages of rules, advice and the like and they are so big - you don't know where to post

Any suggestions for a fairly simple site to write, maybe get some decent reviews, connect with sane people?
