SALVIA NOW ILLEGAL IN DELAWARE, USA

On May 2nd, 2006, Governor Ruth Ann Minner of Delaware signed Senate Bill
259, known as Brett's Law. Salvia divinorum is now included in that state's
list of Schedule I controlled substances, putting it in the same category as
heroin and LSD. The text of the bill only mentions Salvia divinorum. It does
not mention its primary psychoactive constituent, salvinorin A, nor any
other specific chemical constituents of the plant. It could be argued that
the law does not apply to possession of such compounds.

So, spurious evidence has convicted and sentenced SD to another round of local scheduling. When the hell is tobacco going to be banned, and alchohol? Oh yeah, in America, only profits matter. Fuck everything else.
