What are all of the remedies that you have heard of ...

that can clean urine so that marijuana is not detected. I have been reading some of these post and I was just wondering if some of these are just guesses because, I have heard that this substance can stay in a persons system for six months or longer and than it is embedded in the muscles.

and is accumulative. Someone who smokes all the time can test positive for up to a month or a little longer, even. Someone who only occasionally smokes, and only a little at a time, might be clean in around ten days.

Sonne's 7 detoxificant. One of my buddies used it and passed, and Ive read where it works, so I am using it. Suspending your smoking will probably help best, added with some type of cleanser and sweating helps. Also some tests now can come back positive if it detects cleansing agents mainly goldenseal. so...

1) stop smoking
2) drink lots of water
3) lots of exercise

The water and exercise help remove the THC from the fat cells. Don't drink excessive amounts the day of the test, as completely clear urine is something they watch for as well.

Do some net research. There are some sites which have some exhaustive info on this subject. Pretty much all of the big/reputable ones don't have much positive to say about the retail 'cleansers' you can buy.

Be forwarned: it tastes like absolute shit. Nearly ralphed a few times chugging all 32 oz of it...

I smoked daily for 2 years, stopped for 3 weeks, and drank that product 1.5 hours before the test + 32 oz of water+ multivitamin.

The test was a 5 panel, in cup analysis. You find out in about 5 minutes if you pass. Most pre-employment tests use this type of test, and it's pretty easy to scam if you know what you're doing.

Hair tests are another matter. Those I would not pass, and for that reason, I do not bother even sending my resume to companies that employ hair tests. But those are usually government related, I think, or high level security jobs.

Most places use piss tests for pre-employment tests, and those are by far the easiest to fool with even a simple knowledge of biology.

But it does depend on the amount of fat on your body. a really lean person would get clean way faster than a flabby one.

Marijuana can only stay in your urine for up to 30 days depending on how much you smoke, what kind, how much fat cells you have, ect. It depends on how much time you have on what you can do, but there are many options. Number one is obviously no smoking!

Long Time Until Test:
- sweat!! it removes toxins from your body.
- stay hydrated! (mineral water, green tea, 100% cranberry juice, hot water with lemon)
- detox diet, which you could find online.
- take plenty of B vitamins.
- epsom salt baths


Short Time:
- Buy Stinger brand detox drink. (you can find at your local GNC -- if not, check your local head shop) I'm sure other detox drinks would work, but I am positive this one does, plus there is a money back garuntee.

It is also a good idea to buy a THC test first and make sure you pass, just incase. (local drugstore, walmart)

10. An occasional smoker is clean after about a week!

Heavy smokers take about 4 to 5 weeks to get clean. I've often wondered about all those so called urine cleaning products. They all seem to require you drink alot of water. I suspect that that alone may be enough! Because drinking a whole lot of water will make you pee often and couldn't it be that the water doesn't stay in your body long enough to absorb the contamination. The products also advise not to give the day's first urine as that urine has been absorbing the canabinoids all night. Just a guess! :shrug:

12. I do know someone who failed the test at six weeks.

He wasn't smoking daily, but an evening a few a days week and on the weekends. It was a pretty messed up deal because he lost his job over it. He really thought it would be out of his system after that long.
