Equal protection under the law...
supposedly my right as an American. Someone please explain how I'm afforded equal protection when some Americans are given marijuana under the federal program where the government itself grows and distributes the marijuana to the "so called" patients and I would be procecuted for getting the stuff on my own. Nothing equal there as I can tell.
