3. I favor decriminalization vs. legalization

At the very least, it should be reclassified, have Federal penalties removed, and allow states and local communities to decide. There are many "dry" counties in Texas. No alcohol sales. But, there's always the next county. Legalization just puts too much control for a PLANT substance into Federal hands. imo

9. It was legalized last week

They legalized medical last week when they said they where no longer going to prosecute medical marijuana cases. That effectively ended the war on pot.,,,,,YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
