although Peyote Buttons were the "big kahuna" in my book, although they're nothing to be taken lightly. 'Shrooms were always an enjoyable 'vacation' from the reality of a world that can sometimes drag you into a general malaise.
I haven't done them in years and years. I'm 54 now and my body is giving me the finger (spinal fusion, herniated discs, in short, my spine is disappearing) so I probably couldn't have the fun that they deserve. Then again.........they might be just what the doctor ordered. Now you've got me thinking! ;)

My male best friend made my husband promise him that I would not take shrooms. He has and been around people who have. He says that some people's chemistry is wrong for them and he thinks that mine is.
The reason that he thinks that is that I have a sensitive stomach (evidently shrooms makes some people feel ill) and I occaisionally have panic attacks, including a couple that have resulted from using too much pot and other times in conjunction with digestive problems.
He thinks that I would have an awful time.
