Canadian newspaper series calls for pot legalization

There was a significant four-part series in the Vancouver Sun. The fourth part appeared today. The series called for Canada to be a leader in reform and to legalize laughing grass. This was an excellent series except that it did not cite the Select Senate Committee Report released in 2002 that called for Free Cannabis For Everyone over 16. That report in recommendation 7 on page 47 also called for amnesty for all cannabis convictions. That is because Cannabis Prohibition is wrong and always has been wrong.
