1. Hopefully kickstart the removal of the "War on Drugs" policy
and allow legalization of cannabis, as it was a total right-wing fuckwit by the name of Hearst who wanted to use paper and remove hemp from circulation.

3. One of two things
They will either fight it in the courts...

Or Obama will sign an order to lower it to a schedule III or lower drug (over the counter)..

I think the second is more likely.
