U.S. Attorneys Threaten Medical Marijuana States
So you just can't believe anything this Administration says or does...
This recent tactic has been ramped up lately with absolutely no Media coverage by design.. DEA Raids also have been with sealed warrants and no info to the press what so ever. By design also..
Now a new tactic of threats has been issued to State and other Officials.. They have been warned they could face charges and Prison time if they follow State law over Federal Law..
States that have already become MMJ States are in their legal rights to do so by law.. That was also decided once again in the San Diego case By the California Supreme Court..

It only took two years for the U.S. federal government to get from "we won't interfere in state medical marijuana laws" to threatening raids and even arrests of state employees if dispensaries are legalized.

The administration is using a new tactic in its war against medical marijuana patients and providers. In at least four states in the past two months, U.S. Attorneys have been given the dirty work of threatening states if progressive medical marijuana legislation is passed.

Things got started in February when the U.S. Attorney for Northern California threatened to prosecute operators of a proposed commercial medical marijuana farm in Oakland, even though the farm was licensed by that city and legal under state law.

1. Billionaire May Try to Legalize Medical Marijuana in Ohio
Progressive billionaires can make things happen. This billionaire happens to be the head of Progressive Insurance.

Peter Lewis may have personal reasons for being so passionate about medical marijuana. He was once arrested for cannabis possession in New Zealand; his lawyer told the court he uses the drug to combat pain from a partial leg amputation.
