Will ephedra be legal again?

I'm wanting to know if anyone has any info on this? I know that recently a Utah judge ruled that the ban on ephedra was unconstitutional I believe. I wonder if it will come back on the market. I do hope so, it really helped me to keep my energy levels up and my weight down when nothing else worked.

It was at one of those New Age spiritual types of stores. I am pretty sure that I saw a small packet marked ephedra with the other small packets of herbs. I wouldn't think that they would publically sell anything illegal out in the open, but you never know. Is it illegal to sell or just to manufacture?

The ban was partially struck down by a federal district court, so doses under 10 mg are now legal.

3. with regard to ephedrine pseudoephedrine...

The clamp down on ephedrine and pseudoephedrine has to do with it being easily reduced to methamphetamine. I would not be surprised is there was not an effort to list it as a "Class I precursor".. right up there with things like Safrole, Methylamine, Phenylacetone, etc.

This is the DEA's recent strategy to try and put the kibosh on the availability of synthetic drugs by restricting key precursors used in their manufacture.

You can die from taking too much ephedra. It is the only thing that really helps you loose weight. It reminds me alot of adderall.
