Quite the contrary.

That cartoon was drawn either by someone who has no connection to public schools these days or who is failing in them and is lashing out at the system, rather than taking responsibility for their own shortcomings.

I don't think that the cartoon reflects today's educators, but rather the restrictions that are attempting to overpower the educators.
