My old school where i taught and bailed before I was let go

Principal didn't support the teachers, allowed a parent to call me an asshole twice and said nothing but called me unprofessional (maybe I did since I won't let anyone attack my family)
when I went off on the family as they attacked my wife and son on nothing that had to do with the parents complaint. Any way below is the latest article:

Rock prank a hate crime? (brackets are mine)

A group of students vandalized West Lincoln High School (NC school) on Friday,
and some believe the vandalism was racially charged and dealt with poorly by school officials.
“I think it’s ridiculous, and I don’t think Lincoln County is ever going to handle it correctly,” said Debbi Brown, a West Lincoln High School alumna.
“I think it should be handled as a hate crime.”
The vandals painted the school’s spirit rock white and added two black circles, leading some to believe it resembled a Ku Klux Klan hood.
But even if the resemblance was intentional, school officials say the motive behind the mischief wasn’t racism (yea we wouldn't want to admit to that).
“After the administration talked with the students, we do not believe that is true,” said Superintendent David Martin. (because students never lie).
“It was all over different parts of the building,” said Matt Stover, principal. (so what did you do about it stover except hide in your office and be pissed off at the staff because god forbid you wouldn't be
responsible for the actions at your schooL. You would never make a Captain of ship where you are responsible for every thing. Of course you did avoid military service and the understanding of leadership and
responsibility are totally foreign to you)

cross burning right down the street from the school with the KKK rock. Yep don't do anything to the students just lets it progress. This doesn't mean the students were involved but it just lets things escalate.

5. Rock incident growing a few legs

making the Charlotte news and video. Saying principal didn't use it as a teaching moment. The reality is you didn't want to rock the boat with the parents of the kids, it may have hurt his career. Maybe this will be worse.
