Does anyone have the Challenge Day program in their schools?

I have been watching "If you really knew me" on MTV which features different schools doing the challenge day exercise.

The idea behind it is to foster schools that don't have bullying problems.

1. We did it when I was in middle school

Twice, if I remember. It was a nice way to break up all of the rigid social cliques, but within a day or two the old social hierarchies were firmly in place again.

MTV only shows the immediate aftermath and no follow up at least so far.
