But I definitely wouldn't have my hopes up for that training.
PS - that little video clip is just an "oh fuck it" taken to the extreme. Yesterday no one in one class had their homework from Friday, NO ONE - not even my two best students. I was annoyed...but I didn't yell. I shook my head and left my room to get another cup of coffee. Another teacher was doing the same for the same reason - it was widespread.
Back in the room, I said something like "Okay, then" and continued what I was going to do if they had done the work. But since they hadn't, they were a little lost. I gave a pretty good explanation and the brighter kids caught on (and also knew what I was up to), gave them their new homework, and basically ignored them. The two brightest came up and asked me a couple of questions and apologized. I told them that they had "points in the bank" and asked if my hissy fit was effective. They laughed with me. Several other students went to them for help and a couple asked me. We got through, I made my point. They will recover but I wasn't about to say "Oh, it's ok. I know it was Halloween." Bullshit. These kids are a year away from college and they'd better figure out that Halloween isn't an excuse. Let's see how many have theirs complete today.
I expect that kind of crap from freshmen who are still a bit disorganized, but not from these students. As one of my colleagues says "what you tolerate you accept."
