1. The correct answer is not found in your poll.
Parents are responsible for the education of their children. Excellent and free public schools should be available for everyone and parents should be able to choose whether to use those schools, or pay for one of their own preferences, or handle the education themselves.

2. Bull.
Do you how many parents would probably avoid teaching their children important things like sex education? Probably the ones who think that they know enough to be able to handle the entire education of their child. The reason we have teachers at all is because they each specialize in certain areas of knowledge. Unless the father of a home-schooled kid is Leonardo Da Vinci or something, there is no way a parent will be able to give their child a quality education. You might as well tell kids they have to learn with the phonics monkey.
