Our school district is considering switching to trimesters block schedule (probably a 5 period block) next year. I have heard some grumbling about it.
Have any of you had any experience with this?
Also, any good online info out there to read?

That's not the same as block scheduling.
You can do block scheduling or traditional schedules with both trimesters and semesters.
Can you clarify?
