5. Ummm... let me bottom-line this for you.
No one... I mean NO ONE.... is going to go thru the fuss, muss, drudgery and bother of baking cookies in a conventional oven.

It's much easier and more SIMPLE ( "simple", as in "SIMPLISTIC argument and reasoning") to just buy the microwaveable version: pre-cut, bland, monolithic, pre-opened and even *predigested* and pretend it's the real thing.

Everyone is satiated, happy and, therefore, .... well.... *stupid*.

But the main thing is they're "happy."

6. Our microwave is broken
Seriously. The motor on the turntable went out and it makes a horrible sound when we turn it on. So we aren't using it for much other than reheating. So no zapped cookies in this house.

7. Be careful w. that.
The pro-microwave camp is said to be extremely defensive and...... at least I've heard..... rather vindictive at the suggestion that "microwavery" may not be everything its advocates claim.

And "zapped" cookies?!?

Really. Show a little respect.
