2. Debt Is The Job Limiter
So long as debt, both personal and governmental, is at historic highs don't look for job creation/recovery to begin. Housing and manufacturing have to rebound to generate the massive amount of jobs required.

3. I don't see where federal debt limits job growth
state and then on down may because of balanced budget laws
