Any good peanut butter cookie recipes?

Please, let's not fight over this, I'm just trying to find a good peanut butter cookie recipe.

14. I just discovered this recipe.

I have my recipe book packed away and went on the 'net to find one because I was making cookies as gifts this year. But I've also discovered in the past year that I am gluten-intolerant. So when I chanced upon this recipe I was overjoyed. I had been jonesing for peanut butter cookies and knew I was going to eat some of them and suffer.

One thing you should mention is they have to cool a bit before you remove them from the cookie tray or they will fall apart.

Yummy and chewy!

2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c butter
1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar packed
2 eggs

mix wet and dry things seperately and then mix together

spoon tbsp rounds onto ungreased cookie sheet press
down with fork bake at 375 for 10 min.

All you have to do to get it probably is to do a search for peanut butter/heath bar cookies. Ya'll can thank me when you find the recipe.

12. Now after you prepare the dough....

roll into 1" balls. Prepare a store mix of brownie mix (the larger pack for the 9X13 pan) and then push the 1" balls into a pattern that matches your plan to cut the brownies. Extend the bake time about 5 minutes to compensate for the added volume...You'll like this.

Serving Description: makes approximately 3 dozen

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
small bowl of sugar to roll dough in


Directions
Sift together the dry ingredients into a bowl, set aside.
In a mixer bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
Blend in the dry ingredients
Shape dough into balls approximately 1 inch round.
Roll balls in sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet or silpat.
Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with a chocolate kiss.
Return to oven and bake for 3-5 minutes more.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
