My partner and I would like to go but we've never been to women's festivals and are curious as to what we'd be getting into.

hmmmm I know nothing about Southern Womyn's Festival but I looked at their website and checked out last years pictures......if Athen's Boys Choir is there again this year then definitely go! They are awesome! Don't worry about the other stuff you may be getting into, it is not important :D
