6. Salad greens, some taco meat, cut up brats, green peppers
a little ham, tomatoes, a touch of horse radish, lots of onion. That is all I can remember.

9. Fried chicken!
We rarely eat fried food (maybe once a month) so this was our fry-up night. I make it with a buttermilk-and-egg wet dredge, plus southern-seasoned flour. Yum!

11. Not so good. We had to get
haircuts tonight at 7:30 & 8:00 so we ended up each getting a sub from Subway, which is seldom what we do for dinner. We tried to make it as healthy as possible by getting turkey subs. Probably better than most junk food I suppose.

Linguine Caronara sounds absolutely delicious. :hi:

i make the butter milk marinade is laced with a good amount of tabasco.
