6. Salad greens, some taco meat, cut up brats, green peppers

a little ham, tomatoes, a touch of horse radish, lots of onion. That is all I can remember.

7. A Trader Joe's Spinach Mushroom Quiche

I only had about half an hour between getting home from work and having to run back out.

8. Rice with soy sauce, same as tomorrow and the next day.

I'm broke as hell till I get my paycheck friday. :(

9. Fried chicken!

We rarely eat fried food (maybe once a month) so this was our fry-up night. I make it with a buttermilk-and-egg wet dredge, plus southern-seasoned flour. Yum!

11. Not so good. We had to get

haircuts tonight at 7:30 & 8:00 so we ended up each getting a sub from Subway, which is seldom what we do for dinner. We tried to make it as healthy as possible by getting turkey subs. Probably better than most junk food I suppose.

i make the butter milk marinade is laced with a good amount of tabasco.
