I still support Obama, but I'm starting to realize how he basically conned us all. Obama has amazing social/emotional intelligence, and he knew what this nation needed desperately (change, competence, dignity, the ability to trust our leaders again) and he knew how to portray himself as those things in order to win approval, energy and donations.

However now that he has won the presidency, he has abandoned his core principles in order to shore up political capital.
