1. I don't know why...

it bothers me more when I see people in "creative" fields participated in this hatefest. (I don't really count Kinkade as creative...) I'm not gay, but I'm in the arts. I've always felt that even if your artwork isn't political, that you have a responsibility to champion social justice. What's the point of creating alternate realities if you are being an oppressive shit in this reality? Why should anybody trust you and your work then? I don't know how to put it into words exactly. It's just sad, the whole thing.

Anyway, excellent, excellent work as usual.

2. Just more of the "rights for me but not for thee" mentality

Instead of putting their efforts out there and letting people pick what they want they'd rather limit what people are allowed to choose, claiming they have the "right" to outlaw what offends them. Funny how they turn and cry "persecution" if anybody protests them.
