watched St Elsewhere tonight where a council man has AIDS

it brought back memories of that nightmarish time. I had a living will back in college due to being afraid I might catch AIDS myself.

1. Are you watching a DVD or is a station running St. Elsewhere?

I loved that show.

As I recall, they dealt with AIDS pretty well for its time. Didn't Tom Harmon's character (a noted womanizer) die from it? I always thought that was a good move given that, back then, everyone was telling themselves only drug users and Gays (and maybe people who got a transfusion) could get it.

2. It is on something called the American Family Network

as to the other, don't know yet. This AIDS patient was a politician who had men on the side despite being married.
