Exmormon writer goes undercover at "gay conversion" camp -- part 1
Hey --

So, I'm blogwhoring, cuz that's how I roll.

Ted Cox is an exmormon writer who attended a "Journey into Manhood" camp meant to "cure" gay men. Stinque is running excerpts from his piece My Journey into Manhood all week. It's worth a look.

9. Oh, wow. On Page 13 of the full article,
they have a guy beat his father with a baseball bat (in effigy) because he's reading the newspaper instead of paying attention to the kid. This certain event the author attended claims people are gay because of something their fathers did.

So, THAT is their answer? They have these gay guys beat an effigy of their fathers? That has to be the stupidest idea I have ever heard in my life. Un-freaking-believable.

:wow:

In the future, all this ex-gay stuff is going to be seen as the bunk it is. :puke:

Back to reading the rest.
