I hope that child ends up someplace with so much love and such wonderful care that she can finally thrive and hopefully forget forever that place she came from and these two monsters who almost killed her.

I don't care what disabilities a child has, putting a child in a cage is never done to "protect" that child. Starving the child is never in the child's best interest. Leaving the child naked is never acceptable.
