HOUSTON, Aug. 30, 2011 -- /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On September 10, the infamous "ex-gay" organization Exodus International will host Love Won Out in Houston, which is a quarterly road show promoting the false and dangerous idea that one can "pray away the gay." In response, a coalition of local and national LGBT organizations will host a weeklong series of educational and entertainment events, as well as a protest, highlighting the harm caused by "ex-gay" programs.

4. I'm also convinced, anymore, there is very very hard core hatred in

this country in significant numbers. Doesn't matter what the hatred is, there are some that will flock to it, be it against any minority across the entire spectrum.

It's hatred purely for hatred's sake, it's become a national sport for many and epidemic, a reality show. It's sick and sickening! And so often, anymore, it's wrapped in religion, patriotism and asshole politicians.

Give this country a few more years and I really wonder WTF it's going to be. We've discussed here of making contingency plans to pick up and leave.
