Quick Question
Does anyone know of a good therapist that deals with GLBT issues in central NC? The reason I ask is my wife passed away two weeks ago and I think I'm finally losing it. I want to talk to someone I really don't know. My friends are great but I just can't handle to way they are treating me right now.

2. littlebit, I'm so very sorry for your loss :(
I'm no where near where you are or I'd be delivering this  in person.

I hope someone is able to guide you in the right direction.

Please, accept my heartfelt sympathy.

3. Well, here are some leads

And you can poke around here:

little bit, I don't know any of them but I'd call a couple and see if any of them is responsive to your needs — and won't make you wait a month for an appointment. Good luck. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Take care.

5. Call your local GLBT helpline.
They should be able to refer you to someone who can help, without judgement.

Best of luck, and remember that everything is temporary.

6. My heart and thoughts are certainly with you.
This is a link to LGBT resources in North Carolina. Hopefully something here can put you in touch with what you need.
