2. Yes. I saw his mom on TV talking about the movie.
I never heard of him before. He was going to a Muslim friends wedding. He was gay. She was so proud of him. Everyone liked him.

3. Yes - he is the guy in the baseball cap.
He is also the one to get on the plane last. He must have been running on GST <gay standard time>. Also identified as the person who said "Lets roll".

On a separate topic has anyone seen any other links on DU talking about DU? I wanted to share an interesting twist this movie took at the end at my theater.

Basically I got into a screaming match with this mother who has a daughter in the military, screaming to high heaven "We have to support the war" "Kill all those damn Mu$|im$". (censoring myself so someone does not take me out of context) Needless to say I was astonished, along with most of the theater.

I had two problems with her.

1. I have a brother in the military as well, but I think that we should start to bring our troops home.

2. Her emphatic message about "killing them all".

I will talk about this more in another place if someone can point me in the right direction.

Thank you!

4. I thought it was Todd Behmer who said "let's roll"
Heaven knows his widow Lisa (who is strikingly similar in appearance to the standard plastic Republican wife clone) has made enough appearances touting the "Let's roll" slogan.

5. Would you have known he was gay from only the movie?
I know he had left a message for his boyfriend from the plane in real life did he do so in the movie?
