I don't care that they exist. But I do care that they're allowed to get married. I do care that they are allowed to flaunt their "disease" in public. 4. In 1996 in SF .... they got their asses handed to them.

They were protesting Randy Shilts' funeral at Gilde Memorial Church. Over 1500 of us showed up to counter protest there sorry asses. They were roped off on a corner and right above where they were someone opened their window and dumped a dish pan full dish water on them. At this point they ran like the chicken shits they are.

I spoke to a police officer and he said that Phelps and company were scared shitless. The cops told them in advance .... you are NOT going to stay long. You'll show up, and LEAVE. The cop told me that in the panic of getting away from the crowd they jumped in what they thought was their rented van. It was actually an SFPD unmarked van. One big cop grabbed Freddie by the shirt and told him to get the hell out of town. The cop told me, Fred looked like he shit his pants.

its my understanding the worst thing to is to get hostile with Phelps.

He's an attorney, albeit disbarred. And at least one of his children that remain within his cult is a practicing attorney.

They know the law, and sue people who attack them. And win. Supposedly, that's how his "church" continues to exist financially.

At a church I used to attend, (an MCC), we were concerned that he might show up one Sunday. Our pastor, himself an attorney in his day job, told us "if he comes, ignore him. Don't give him what he wants."
