1. I was so inspired I had ten eggs today! Not really, but I LOVE eggs.

Now I know why. I LOVE the cholesterol! (It's okay. My HDL is really high and LDL is really low.) I don't eat red meat or stuff like sausages or ice cream. I splurge on eggs whenever I want them.

2. It would have been better if they'd left the "foe" part off

Everyone "believes" fat and cholesterol cause heart disease but there's no actual clear link.
