2:45 PM: First Lady Michelle Obama will launch a challenge on the White House's South Lawn to help break the Guinness World Records® title for the most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period. She will join National Geographic Kids magazine in this Let's Move! event where she will serve as the "Jumper in Chief" and lead hundreds of local children in doing one minute of continuous jumping jacks. Mrs. Obama will deliver brief remarks, and the pre-program will be hosted by NBC Today Show Weather Anchor Al Roker. Guinness World Record winner John Cassidy will be on hand to showcase his talents and President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition member Michelle Kwan will serve as an independent witness for the event. This event will be reviewed by an official from the Guinness World Records and will signal the beginning of the 24-hour challenge.
