Just a heads up. I am going into surgery tomorrow to get a hip replacement. Since it is the second one, I am not too concerned. I guess after that I could be considered a bilateral heavy metal hippie with dual titanium rods. Better to kick ass with! :kick:

The worst part will be computer withdrawl. I will have a friend notify you all when I get out. I know I will be fine. There are too many fights to be fought for me to be down for long. When I get back, I will have a lot of online time. See you then!

43. My eye surgery was postponed for 6 weeks

because my surgeon got a hip replacement. He can't dance much, but he's walking without a cane and he says he's completely pain free.

You'll be surprised how fast they get you out of bed and walking after the op. Forget the bedpans, those went out with bustles and high button shoes.
