Psychiatric medicine is, I think, their only real opposition. Since diabetes is a metabolic disease and not a psychiatric one, insulin and other treatments for diabetes should be acceptable to the Church of Scientology.

Even aspirin. If you have a headache, that means you need more "auditing", and of course have to pay Scientology for it.

But no, they don't really believe in it. The scientologists do beliee that Psychiatry and Medical doctors damage people, and that scientology and auditing can "cure" them (but only if the previous damage isn't too severe). That's been the stance since it was elucidated in 1971 by Elrond himself.
