3. Two Petitions have already been started
There are two petitions that have been drawn up to get Howard Dean appointed as Head of HHSD. The first one already has at least 1000 signatures.

The second one is through a website called the "Care2petition" site where they draw up a number of petitions that can be sent to people who subscribe to the site. Here is the website for that petition:

If you support Dean, I suggest you do this as soon as possible before Obama's team gets knee deep in searching for Daschle's replacement.
