Libel and slander

What do y'all know about libel, physicians and the internet. I have some explosive stuff, my life has been destroyed by a doctor, he has used spoilation to beat me in litigation. Truth must out. Any comments.

I have nothing to lose,I have lost my home,my career my savings and am on welfare now.

I wouldn't post anything on the Internet. It could be used against you.

4. spoilation means

he cooked his books. added notes saying he warned me when no such warning was ever given. I have been on meds for thirty years and am extremely diligent about whatever instructions are given.

5. Posting stuff on the 'net could expose you to serious liability

Look at it this way:

If that doctor, whoever he or she is, did ruin your life, the last thing you want to do is give the chance to sue you for all you've got or attach any future earnings you may receive.

I hope you can get the support you need, and I'd like to call on anyone here on DU who can help this rose to offer whatever form of help they can.

6. i have already lost everything

I would publish nothing but the truth, all facts that have been confirmed in depo by the doctor. I have been turned down for SSDI, have lost everything, so what will a suit do. I doubt i will work again.

7. I am terribly sorry for your losses and your suffering.

My own wife was often treated indifferently by the medical profession, especially when she was on Disability.

Please watch this space, there may be people here who can offer you suggestions.

And even if you've lost everything, putting something actionable on the web could give the same doctor who improperly treated you the chance to do you more damage through the legal system.

I'm going to monitor this thread and check back in the morning.

There have to be some people here who can help you in some way or other.

If i post and they sue me then the case becomes public info. this guy already has a bad rep and he has driven me insane so I don't care about sanity and I will probably have no future earnings.

That is all I need to hear. Now my question is this: I have pictures of myself in a coma with 60 percent of my skin burned off. The doctor even admitted to my wife on the phone that he just failed to put 2 and 2 together. that is in depo. but he still is trying to beat the rap on some obscure sh*t. Can I print those pictures on the same page as the facts from our depos or is that libelous somehow.
