I am so proud that at least 1 of our US congressmen in NC was able to hold
a town hall on health care, that it went well, and Congressman Butterfield
really knew how to take it to the public.

the meeting opens up with short interview with Butterfield, then
Reuben Blackwell explains how the meeting will be conducted, how debate can be heard,
how different views can expressed, and that some people will get 2 minutes each to speak,
that people for and against have been invited.
They have a boyscout group come in leading the pledge of allegiance.
After rules "of engagement" are explained, then Rep Butterfield talks/
