Seriously. "Prunes" are for old people who can't drop a deuce.

"Dried plums" are for hip youngsters looking for a power snack!

I'm not sure which I am, but I freaking love 'em.

I am eating some of those and I'm sure many others are also. Beets and cabbage are pretty common and I also eat sardines, blueberries, and cinnamon pretty often. Maybe it should be "The 11 best foods you should be eating".

Collard Greens
Kale

Quinoa
Walnuts, hemp seeds, flax seeds
Cilantro (chelates heavy metals)
