As I understand it, this is a rare genetic disorder where the body does not absorb the B vitamins and cannot properly deal with stress, leading to fatigue and many other symptoms.
Anyone ever know anyone with this?

But from what I've read, MTHFR genetic mutations aren't that uncommon. The problem arises when you've got two copies of the same mutation.
