(Alito would make the 4th ultra-conservative Roman Catholic on the SCOTUS bench; the 5th Roman Catholic would be the "swing" vote of Justice Anthony Kennedy who is also conservative but as SCOTUS has drifted to the right, Kennedy appears moderate on occasion.)
